>> Head Start offers a $7 return for every dollar spent. It's a wise investment in the future. He should know better.
>> Unrelatedly (but just as relevant), an $80 increase in the cost of an energy-efficient dishwasher saves $240-$480 in energy costs over its lifespan — a 3:1 to 6:1 savings ratio.
I wish my opponent worked as hard and efficiently to help hardworking families save money as a new dishwasher does.
We need leaders in Congress who truly understand these issues and make decisions that benefit the long-term prosperity of our society.
