Update to July 19 Notice: Texas HHS and TMHP Systems Impacted by Global CrowdStrike Outage

This is to provide an update on the recent Global Outage. The Texas Health and Human Services (HHS) systems and Texas Medicaid & Healthcare Partnership (TMHP) systems which were impacted by the global CrowdStrike outage are now back online and operational.
