Team —
Earlier this week we wrote to you about the dangerous decision by
the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) to roll back emission
standards during the COVID-19 outbreak.
This is not the first time the Trump Administration has put our
planet in jeopardy to line the pockets of Big Oil and special
interests.
In honor of Earth Day, we are calling all our supporters to
commit to vote our Washington values in 2020 and protect the
planet for future generations →

COMMIT TO VOTE
( [link removed] )
Earth Day is an annual event celebrated worldwide to demonstrate
support for environmental protections.
Here in Washington — where our natural resources and outdoor
spaces are home to tens of thousands of species of wildlife and
plants — our Democratic leaders have passed some of the most
forceful environmental protection legislation in the country.
Unfortunately, while WA continues to lead the way, leaders in the
White House and Congress refuse to even admit the climate crisis
is real.
Climate scientists agree that we must act now if we hope to save
our planet from the ravages of the climate crisis. Join us in
committing to vote our Washington values in the 2020 elections by
adding your name today.

Thank you for committing to vote Washington blue in November.

Friends —
[BREAKING] - The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA)
announced they will not enforce environmental protection laws
during the COVID-19 pandemic — putting our planet and natural
resources at risk, and placing millions of Americans' lives in
jeopardy.
This is unacceptable.
As the nation fights a deadly respiratory virus, clean and
breathable air is more important than ever.
Tell the Trump Administration to stop taking advantage of a
national crisis by putting our planet and lives at risk. Click
here to add your name and call on the EPA to reverse their
deregulation policies immediately →

Not enforcing environmental protection laws is a dangerous
decision.
Not only will it fuel the climate crisis —at a time when
scientists agree we have limited time left to stop the
life-threatening effects of the climate crisis — it puts
American’s health in jeopardy.
A recent study from Harvard University revealed that poor air
quality and pollution are directly linked to increased risk of
death from COVID-19.
We cannot allow President Trump to take advantage of a
national emergency to advance his GOP agenda and damage our
planet.
Join us in calling on Trump’s EPA to immediately take action
and reverse their dangerous decision by adding your name today.
