COVID-19 has added new hardships in all of our lives. For President Trump, it's just an excuse to enact the worst parts of his political agenda, like having the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) announce that it will stop enforcing environmental protections on companies during the COVID-19 crisis. That means companies now have free rein to pollute our waterways, air, and environment as much as they please!

Today happens to be Earth Day, but this action would be unacceptable any day. Businesses may need some support during this time but causing further pollution to our environment, ecosystems, and natural resources is not the right solution. Furthermore, this pollution could damage lungs and make the COVID-19 respiratory pandemic even worse!

This is a new low for the Trump administration. That’s why I’m calling on Trump to reverse his decision to stop enforcing environmental protections on corporations. But I need your help to get Trump’s attention. Will you join me in demanding an end to unnecessary pollution during COVID-19?
