A Note from Chrissy:

Friends, we probably are deeper into this crisis than many of us ever imagined, and it's a trying time for all of us. We are staying home, thanking the first responders and essential workers on the front lines, figuring out how to make our own masks, and doing what we can to stay healthy. I wanted to check in on you. Please know, I am doing everything I can to help you as you help your family and neighbors, and we're with you through every new, daunting, and critical step of this process.

Here are the things I most want to share with you to keep you up to date:

From the desk of Gov. Tom Wolf
ALL 67 PA COUNTIES UNDER STAY AT HOME ORDER
Governor Wold has placed the entire commonwealth under a Stay at Home order, moved the primary to June 2, moved the tax filing deadline to July 15, prohibited utility companies from turning off service during this time, and taken many other actions to keep us safe. Visit the commonwealth's website for more information.

3 THINGS TO KNOW ABOUT THE CARES ACT
1. It provides a stimulus payment of up to $1,200 per taxpayer. If the U.S. Treasury has direct deposit information on file for you, you don't need to do anything; it will be deposited in your bank account.
2. The CARES Act expands unemployment eligibility to the self-employed, defers student loan payments and interest, and limits foreclosures.
3. It provides debt relief programs and emergency grants to small businesses. More is needed and Chrissy is fighting for that.

Chrissy Houlahan is working hard to promote our values in the House. While she’s focused on the work, fundraising is the last thing on her to-do list, so we are asking for her: If you’re able, will you make a gift now? Every dollar will go toward protecting the Democratic House majority and making sure Chrissy wins in November.
