Recent Supreme Court rulings underscore the importance of flipping the House in November. A Democrat-controlled House will be critical in maintaining the balance of power. Here’s what those decisions look like:

The overturn of the Chevron Doctrine allows the Courts to question agencies' regulations. This means SCOTUS can now overrule the EPA and Social Security Administration, regardless of their expertise, to advance their political agenda.

Remember the Trump immunity case? It practically crowns him a monarch, letting him act unchecked as long as it's deemed an “official act.”

Other alarming rulings include banning homeless people from sleeping in public areas regardless of shelter capabilities and legalizing bump stocks that make semi-automatics fire like machine guns.

These have all been decided within a month's timeframe!

With Trump stating that he plans on becoming a dictator on day one and applauding January 6th insurrectionists, we can’t allow him another term and the potential to appoint even more Justices.
