Dear Friends,

I hope that you and your loved ones are doing as well as possible in these
turbulent times. For the Aspen Institute, the COVID-19 crisis has been
profoundly disruptive, but we’re working hard to make a difference, for
today and tomorrow.

I’m proud of the way the Institute has pivoted to respond to the urgent
needs of the moment. We face new challenges protecting public health,
reconstructing our economy, and pulling communities together before the
ideological divides rip us apart. I’m writing today to share information
about some of the questions we’re posing, the actions we’re taking, and the
changemakers we’re supporting. Join us.

ASPEN IDEAS NOW

We’ve launched a new digital channel of Aspen Institute content called
Aspen Ideas Now. Here, you can access interviews with leaders and
changemakers, podcasts on urgent topics, and webinars providing actionable
insights. [3]Explore Aspen Ideas Now and sign up to receive weekly updates.

DIGITAL EVENTS

We’ve pivoted to offer a range of convenings and events online. On themes

ACTION AND IMPACT

[6]

IN THE MEDIA

[8]

An array of leaders across the Aspen Institute are sharing solutions and
calling for change. [9]Read and listen to what they have to say.

Thank you for all for the ways you team up with the Aspen Institute to help
create a world in which we all want to live. In the weeks to come, during
this defining global challenge, we look forward to hearing your ideas and
sharing more of our work with you.

All the best,

Dan Porterfield
