Hi there, I want to wish you a Happy Earth Day!

Today is a perfect time to get outside (while socially distancing) and focus
on the stewardship of Earth Day -- from helping to clean up your local park,
planting a tree or making smart energy choices at home!

To help celebrate Earth Day, I wanted to ask you to sign my petition to tell
Congress to renew its focus on investing in renewable energy across the country
to address our climate crisis and grow our economy. Will you add your name to

We continue to see the impact of climate change firsthand, from increased
flooding to higher temperatures destroying farmlands as well as animal habitats
throughout the state.

Iowa is already on the leading edge of renewable energy. From being the second
state in the nation in wind energy production to promoting solar, smart grid
technology, and battery storage -- we know it works!

That’s why I’d love to see your name on my petition to tell Congress that
