Friend — Did you see this?
Rep. Ocasio Cortez has officially filed articles of impeachment against far-right Justices Thomas and Alito for their well-documented corruption and repeated violations of the basic principles of ethics, fairness, and honesty.
If you agree that it’s time to hold these Supreme Court justices accountable for their abuses of power, please add your name to our petition calling on Congress to take action: [[link removed]]

Many of us have followed the stream of reports for years now documenting the repeated misconduct of Justices Thomas and Alito.
They have received — and failed to disclose — gifts, vacations, and other financial benefits from major political donors. They have engaged openly in far-right politics that seek to destabilize our democracy. And they have refused to recuse themselves from cases that posed a strikingly clear conflict of interest.
In April 2021 — more than three years ago — Ed first introduced the Judiciary Act, which would expand the court and rectify the GOP’s two stolen Supreme Court seats. Since then, he’s called for Congress to pass a binding code of ethics for Supreme Court justices, as well.
Now, our movement for accountability and ethics on the Court is working to support AOC’s efforts to bring impeachment before Congress. Because the Supreme Court is teetering on the edge of losing all legitimacy — and it’s time to clean house.
Please, add your name and help us send a message that the people of America are tired of Justices Thomas and Alito taking advantage of the system for their personal gain. [[link removed]]
