** Announcing a New Guide to Grants Management Systems
------------------------------------------------------------
A collaborative effort from Grantbook, PEAK Grantmaking, Technology Association of Grantmakers, and Tech Impact, the sixth edition of A Consumers Guide to Grants Management Systems for Public and Private Foundations is a comprehensive resource that identifies, compares, and evaluates the most requested and prioritized features across 14 popular grants management systems.
In addition, the guide is supplemented by a companion website where users can filter features and systems in our interactive comparison chart, dive deeper into specific system reviews and analysis, and easily explore all the trends and research.

On August 1, join the partner organizations for an introductory webinar that will go through the publication, discuss how the requirements criteria were developed, and provide guidance on how users can use the website to compare features, systems, and pricing to support their journey of choosing the best software for their organization’s needs.

------------------------------------------------------------
“Build trust by being transparent about your motivations. If you ask grantees for data, it’s important to specify why you’re asking for it and how you will use it. Communicate high-level findings about what you’ve learned and how it’s shaping your grantmaking approach.” [more] ([link removed])
Janet Camarena, Candid
“To envision a future rooted in racial equity and justice, we must prioritize the right to rest. It's about creating a liberatory paradigm in which there is spaciousness to be fully human and authentic. It's about acknowledging that our worth is not contingent upon our ability to constantly produce or perform.” [more] ([link removed])
Natasha Harrison, CommunityBuild Ventures, on LinkedIn
“Part of the work of dismantling ableism in philanthropy is pushing community priorities into the sector, but it’s also about getting the sector more conditioned to leaders with disabilities in the field.” [more] ([link removed])
Sandy Ho, Disability & Philanthropy Forum, for Inside Philanthropy
“This first special issue [celebrating the 15th anniversary of The Foundation Review] presents the most well-received articles in the journal’s history, each with author commentary contained in newly written prologues, introductory videos, and audio recordings. These articles gained traction when they were originally published and continue to resonate today because they share provocative, relevant insights that foster discussions and influence philanthropic practices. All of them, in my estimation, provoke opportunities to continue to address the issues facing philanthropy today.” [more] ([link removed])
