Hey John, it's Tammy.

As I'm sure you're well-aware, last night in Milwaukee, Republicans once again officially nominated Donald Trump as their nominee for president.

Make no mistake about it, this is the same Donald Trump we have always known him to be: A twice-impeached bigot, an insurrectionist, a wannabe-dictator and a convicted felon who will always put the interests of himself and his wealthy friends before our Veterans, troops, working families and the American people.

If Donald Trump and his running mate JD Vance win in November, it's no secret what the MAGA right have planned for our country. With Project 2025, they are telling us. They want to:

• Ban abortion nationwide, with no exceptions;
• Repeal the Affordable Care Act and take away healthcare from tens of millions of people across the country;
• Abandon our NATO allies and actually encourage Putin's unjustified and unprovoked invasion of Ukraine;
• Slash Social Security and Medicare for our seniors;
• Restore Trump's immigration ban and allow for mass deportations from the United States;
• Undo environmental protections and allow fossil fuel giants to pollute with impunity.

All this and much, much more, John.

Following the Supreme Court's disastrous ruling this month that a president has absolute immunity from criminal prosecution, Trump's call to "terminate" the Constitution and his promise to rule as a dictator on "Day One," we all need to come together and work even harder to defeat the MAGA right once again.

That's why I'm committed to doing everything I can to defeat Trump and Vance, and to help Democrats in tough Senate and House races all across the country this year — which is why I'm asking you to join me:
