Sensory-Friendly Day

Visitors with sensory-processing challenges can experience the museum in a secure and comfortable environment that includes modified programming and emotionally safe spaces with sensory objects, comfortable seating, and cool blue lighting. Learn more

Bring your class to the National Constitution Center on Tuesday, September 17, for Constitution Day. Your students can meet historic figures during our Kid’s Town Hall, play a round of Constitutional Trivia, enjoy a slice of the Constitution’s birthday cake, and more! Professional Development for Educators

PA Civics Educator Forum 2024

Friday, September 27 | 8 a.m.–3:30 p.m.

K-12 educators too often have inconsistent or no access to innovative teaching methods, experiential learning activities, and content-specific training that fosters informed, engaged citizens. The inaugural PA Civics Educator Forum intends to address this gap by convening teachers and administrators for a day of high-quality professional development to provide evidence-based resources and instruction strategies for educating students on American democracy. Learn more
