In Florida, there’s an amendment on this November’s ballot that would amend the state constitution to END the near-total abortion ban and PROTECT abortion rights in the state.
If this amendment passes, there’s nothing any extremist politician can do about it. Abortion rights are PROTECTED. Period. End of story.
The voters are on our side, and Florida activists CAN get this amendment passed - but we’re facing an onslaught of anti-choice attacks from deep-pocketed donors across the country.

Since the fall of Roe v. Wade, every time abortion has been on the ballot, voters have overwhelmingly voted to SUPPORT access.
Recent polling data shows that 94% of Democrats, 81% of Independents, and 62% of Republicans agree that abortion should remain a private decision free from governmental interference.
Long story short? We can win.
