Friend,
The disarmament regime is not
letting up.
And since they are being beaten
back in courtrooms across America, they’ve resorted to more of their
dirty tricks.
This time, the staff of
Governor Mills (D-Maine) forwarded FPC’s tweet to the state
police representative with her security detail because they
apparently found it “extremely threatening.”
|
The offending tweet... We responded to Governor Mills’ call for an
“assault weapon” ban with a simple three word response:
Fuck you. No.
That was it. That was enough for her staff to think we deserved to
be put on some watchlist or investigated as a potential threat.
All because we exercise our right to free speech AND
because we’d have the audacity to challenge their agenda in courtrooms
across the country.
According to the Maine
Wire, in a Dec. 20 email —
subject line “Gun tweet” — Mills’ press secretary forwards a link to
the offending X post, noting that the post was “making the rounds,”
and another staffer immediately forwarded the post to the Maine State
Police employee responsible for protecting the governor.
|
Since that report came out, we’ve issued a response to her,
which you can read here.
In the closing of the letter, our President, Brandon Combs, said:
“Naked authoritarianism, such as efforts to chill free speech, is not
acceptable to FPC and our members. We strongly encourage you to learn
more about protected speech and arms.”
And he couldn’t be more right.
The disdain for natural rights by government officials like Maine
Governor Mills bolsters our commitment to our mission to render them
irrelevant.

tyrants like Governor Mills and the rest of her comrades in the
disarmament regime.
Stay free,
The FPC Team
