Happy Earth Day 🌎! Like everything else since the pandemic hit, Earth Day feels a bit strange and distant without the familiar gatherings and traditions. But there's still a concrete action you can take today, right now to help protect the planet.

Andrew Wheeler, the coal industry shill currently pretending to be an EPA administrator, announced back in March that the EPA will simply...no longer enforce environmental laws! Really.

So today, we need you to call your state's Attorney General and tell them to SUE TRUMP for flagrantly ignoring the health and safety of our communities — and the law. Permission to pollute is not a bailout. It's a sellout. 

If your Attorney General has already pledged to sue Trump on this issue or is part of a suit, express your support and tell them you will be watching.

Andrew Wheeler is an extreme example of the revolving door between corporations and our supposed government watchdogs, but very far from the only one. The parties of Wall Street, Pollution and War sell access through the legalized bribery of "lobbying." The Green Party refuses all corporate contributions, which means we rely on contributions from everyday folks like you.

For the 50th Anniversary of Earth Day will give you $50 or even $500 to the party that puts Planet, People and Peace Over Profit? A Real Green New Deal depends on electing Greens across the nation and challenging duopoly rule.
