TDI issues order and bulletin regarding property and casualty claims handling for Hurricane Beryl

The Texas Department of Insurance (TDI) has issued an order declaring a weather-related catastrophe for claim processing for losses incurred July 7, 2024, through July 9, 2024, in 67 counties in Texas.

TDI has also issued a bulletin notifying insurers and agents of the order.
