Hi friends, it’s Suhas Subramanyam, the Democratic nominee for U.S. Congress in Virginia’s 10th Congressional District.
I’m running to tackle some of our biggest issues in the House — like building up a strong economy for all, defending abortion rights from MAGA extremists, reducing gun violence in our communities, and continuing to deliver progress for Virginians, like I’ve been doing since I was elected to the Virginia General Assembly in 2019.
I’m proud to have the endorsement of Senator Tim Kaine, and as one of his longtime supporters, I’m asking for your help today: Will you split a donation of any amount between Senator Kaine’s re-election campaign and my campaign for Congress?
I was inspired to serve others back in college when I volunteered to help rebuild the communities affected by Hurricane Katrina. Since then, I’ve been proud to serve in the White House as a technology policy advisor to President Obama, as a volunteer EMT and firefighter in Loudoun County, and these days, as a Virginia State Senator.
While serving in the General Assembly, I’ve worked to lower prescription drug costs, crack down on toll spikes for commuters, and secure millions of dollars in refunds on energy bills for VA families.
And as a husband and father of two, there’s nothing more important to me than ensuring safe communities for our families and a better future for our children.
I’m running for Congress to stand strong against MAGA extremists, defend essential freedoms like abortion rights, and work across the aisle when needed to deliver real progress for Virginians and Americans.
I’m also incredibly proud to say I’ve been endorsed by incumbent Representative Jennifer Wexton, who flipped the 10th District from red to blue back in 2018!
This November, we have a chance to keep this district blue (and help flip the House!) — but I’m going to need your help. Will you split a donation between me and Tim Kaine to power our campaigns through November?
