Hey — I know receiving emails like this is annoying. (I receive campaign emails, too, and I also find them annoying!) But truly, the reason I’m asking for your help is because we need it.

I won this race last time around with 50.1% of the vote. Elections don’t get much closer than the one we’re in — and MAGA super PACs are pouring in more money than they ever have to try to defeat me.

Our path to victory is building the biggest and strongest grassroots coalition we possibly can — folks like you and me who care about our democracy and our fundamental freedoms, and believe in a version of leadership that’s about helping people, not cruelty and retribution.
