I’m 45, & I Feel Like Crap Every Morning ([link removed])

Here’s the thing about aging: It’s weird. Your body and mind practically feel different on a daily basis for no reason at all. Today our own Katy Elliott – who is staring down perimenopause like a can-do champ – is talking about just how confusing it is to feel like crap all the time, with no real explanation beyond “I dunno, hormones?”

“I glimpse myself in the mirror, and my face looks puffy and tired, with dark circles under my eyes,” she writes. “I try to stay positive. As I walk down the stairs, my knees are stiff, and my shoulder hurts. My boobs feel huge, like HUMONGOUS, and I am nowhere near getting my period. My body makes no sense; there’s no rhyme or reason for feeling this way.”

Are Mosquito Stickers Safe For Babies & Kids? ([link removed])

“By now, we’ve all seen mosquito stickers for kids, those little essential oil-drenched dots that you pop onto your kid to keep bugs at bay. At first blush, they seem way safer than bug sprays: They don’t contain any chemicals, and there’s no chance your kid will breathe in any spray,” writes Katie McPherson. “But are mosquito stickers actually safe for kids? There are a few things you should be aware of, experts say.”
