The 2024 Population Education National Leadership Institute starts tomorrow, when 34 educators will gather in Charlotte, NC, for an intensive three-day training event. Each year, attendees of our institutes go on to join our volunteer Trainers’ Network, ensuring that Population Education materials are used in as many classrooms as possible.

As you know, Population Connection is a national organization (though PopEd materials reach some international students as well). Our always-expanding network means we have educators working throughout the U.S.—including in communities near you!

The cost of attendance for each participant this year is $2,000, which covers their travel, lodging, and meals. This unique educational opportunity is virtually cost-free for educators, thanks to the support of generous Population Connection donors!
