At the Republican National Convention this week, Donald Trump announced his pick for Vice President of the United States: Senator JD Vance. We have to respond, because the stakes are incredibly high.

JD Vance would do what Mike Pence wouldn’t on January 6th: overturn the will of the people to enable Donald Trump. He’s even gone so far as to say that he would not have certified the 2020 election. He supports a nationwide ban on abortion and opposes exceptions for rape and incest. He opposes the Affordable Care Act, Social Security, and Medicare. 

If Trump is elected, extremist JD Vance will be a key figure in his administration and a heartbeat away from the presidency — working hand in hand with Trump to take away our freedoms.
