Team, the VP pick for the GOP is in and, not surprisingly, it’s the staunch anti-reproductive rights and anti-woman, J.D. Vance. This is the guy who defended the awful Texas abortion law and even called pregnancy following rape and incest “inconvenient."

As we look ahead to the critical 2024 election season and defend abortion access for all, will you consider chipping in $5, $10, or whatever you can afford, to help me continue fighting for a pro-choice White House and majority in the House?

The state of abortion has been in constant turmoil since the overturning of Roe v. Wade and with Trump and Vance on the GOP ticket, this threat is even more real.

In recent months, we've seen the GOP reach new heights in the mission to strip away abortion rights. So far, we’ve seen Republicans:

• Strike Down Abortion Petitions: Republican officials are tirelessly working to nullify petitions that protect abortion rights, preventing them from even reaching the ballot.
• Initiate Total Abortion Bans: States with GOP majorities are pushing to pass legislation that completely bans abortion, often with no exceptions.
• Block Codification of Roe v. Wade: Senate Republicans have halted efforts to enshrine Roe v. Wade into federal law, leaving millions of women vulnerable to state-level restrictions and bans.
• Pass so-called "Heartbeat" Bills: One too many red states have enacted laws banning abortion as early as six weeks into pregnancy, often before women even realize they are pregnant.

But it doesn't stop there. The GOP's Project 2025 outlines a terrifying vision for the future of reproductive rights, including defunding essential abortion clinics, criminalizing abortion, and restricting access to contraceptives.

Ensuring future generations receive the reproductive healthcare they deserve is a top priority for me, and that's exactly why I became co-chair of the Pro-Choice Caucus and proudly champion vital legislation that protects reproductive rights. This fight is about so much more than abortion; it's about women’s choice and the freedom to control our future.

I don’t know about you, but I’m fed up with seeing abortion rights constantly being under attack and Trump is doubling down with his pick of Vance! I want to live in a country where abortion is accepted, accessible, and protected.
