I don’t know exactly what Pennsylvania will look like a few decades from now – but I do know that the actions we take today will have a profound impact on the future of our Commonwealth, our communities, our economy, and so much more.

Future generations of Pennsylvanians are watching us — which is why I’m committed to defending and expanding real freedom, investing in our schools and downtowns, and ensuring that every Pennsylvanian has the opportunity to get ahead and thrive in our Commonwealth.

Here in Pennsylvania, we’ve taken concrete steps to protect our rights, invest in our future, and put more cash in working Pennsylvanians’ pockets.

Just this year, we tripled the Childcare Tax Credit, increasing the maximum credit families can receive from $630 last year to $2,100 now. We’ve made historic investments in public K-12 education and enacted universal free breakfast for all K-12 public school students — because our children and grandchildren deserve the best education we can give them. And we’ve expanded opportunities to communities big and small across the Commonwealth, so every Pennsylvanian has the freedom to find a good-paying job in a welcoming community.

John, as your Governor, I’m laser-focused on working with everyone to get stuff done for the good people of Pennsylvania. After all, working Pennsylvania families don’t want to see their leaders endlessly argue while getting nothing done. They’re counting on their leaders to take action, defend their freedoms, and deliver progress and resources to the families and communities that need it most.

That’s exactly what I’ve done since day one — and it’s what I’m going to continue to do every day as your Governor.

I’m thrilled that, together, we’ve put aside the endless partisanship that is all too common in Washington and gotten to work for the people of Pennsylvania. If that’s the kind of committed leadership you want to see more of, I’d be grateful to have your support as our Commonwealth faces the biggest fights ahead.
