Happy Earth Day.

TOM WINTER FOR CONGRESS

We are going to get through the coronavirus outbreak together. If you are experiencing symptoms or are looking for more information, you can visit the website of the CDC or the Montana Department of Public Health and Human Services. We are closely monitoring the situation and its effects on the people of Montana and our nation as we work together to keep our families and communities safe.

Hi John,

When I’m not working in the Montana State House or on my campaign for Congress, there is exactly one place you can find me: outside. I may be hiking in the woods with Oscar (who says hello, and thanks his Twitter followers), heading out on the water to go kayaking, or even just getting a breath of fresh Montana air.

I love Montana for so many reasons — the people and the community for starters — but the landscape, the nature, the animals, and the mountains are truly the heart and soul of what makes our home state so special.

Let’s preserve our natural resources.

Our lives are so busy today that sometimes we need to take a minute to remind ourselves to appreciate the beauty around us. Montana deserves an environmental champion in Congress — a leader who will fight to preserve our natural resources and our wilderness. That is exactly what I plan to do. I want every generation after us to be able to enjoy our Montana way of life — the mountains, sunsets, lakes, fresh snows, and pine trees. Let’s keep fighting.

Try and take some time outside today.

With gratitude,

Representative Tom Winter
