What would your life look like without alcohol?
Our Sober Curious group is an 8-week opportunity meant to help those who may not identify as alcoholics explore the benefits of taking a break from drinking.
Whether you’re motivated by health and wellness, or simply want to ensure your drinking habits remain under control, this program invites you to radically reassess your relationship with alcohol. Together, we’ll delve into how your alcohol consumption may have shifted due to the pandemic, work changes and other significant life events, and what those changes mean for you.
Throughout our time together, we’ll examine the when, why and how of your drinking habits. By bringing more intention to your stress management strategies, you’ll gain valuable insights and a healthier approach to life and your relationship with drinking in particular.
A pre-group interview is required. If you are unable to attend this cycle, please get in touch and we will inform you of dates and times when a new group is forming.
This support group is available to anyone living in the United States, Puerto Rico and US territories.
Please note that this is not a psychotherapy group and does not provide mental health treatment. If you are in need of mental health support, please reach out to the Entertainment Community Fund: entertainmentcommunity.org/MentalHealth.
Please register or log in to our Entertainment Community Fund Portal to access our workshops, programs and services.
