Friends and Supporters–
As a fifth-generation native of eastern North Carolina, I share your values and love for this region. My unwavering commitment to our communities is as strong as ever. It's been an honor to serve, and I'm asking for your support to continue this journey together.
After returning home from my eight years of active duty service in the U.S. Air Force, my career has taken me from the classroom at East Carolina University to the pulpit as a minister, to the mayor of my hometown, and the capital in Raleigh as a state senator. Each role has deepened my commitment to our community and strengthened my resolve to fight for the people of eastern North Carolina. Now, I am proud to bring my experience and dedication to Washington, D.C., and work on behalf of our district every day. My deep connection to this region drives me to advocate for common-sense policies that benefit us all. That's why I'm running for a second term. With support from folks like you, we can win this race and continue to uplift eastern North Carolina.
