We’re fighting to support public defenders and demand clemency for at-risk incarcerated individuals -- and we need your help.

But this isn’t all. We're in the fight for criminal justice reform and immigrant justice for the long haul, and that's why we fight every day against the Republican hijacking of our judiciary.

Right now, Republicans are destroying our justice system by transforming the fabric of our judiciary. They’re appointing anti-immigrant judges who want to detain migrants at our borders, allow family separation and Trump’s border wall, and force Dreamers out of the country. (The Supreme Court could rule on the future of Dreamers any day now.) They’re seeking to hurt our society’s most vulnerable, including those who are incarcerated. And, in the middle of a public health crisis, they’re considering a case that could lead to the dismantling of the Affordable Care Act, which would result in millions losing vital health protections.

There’s no time to lose. If we don’t act now, our courts will remain tilted toward extreme conservatives for generations.
