In addition to striking down two California quotas, we have now sued the city of Evanston, Illinois, in a potentially precedent-setting challenge to its outrageous "reparations" program that awards government money just to black people. Our lawsuit will be a historic defense of our color-blind U.S. Constitution!

• Forcing the release of government documents that "we the people" have a right to see.



On scandals ranging from the continuing government cover-up of federal funding of the notorious Wuhan Institute in China (source of the Covid pandemic) to the weaponization of government agencies to harass political opponents of Joe Biden (including Donald Trump), Judicial Watch remains the most active and impactful "open records" litigator in the country.
