In breaking news, Planned Parenthood just lost – AGAIN.


The Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals once again agreed with our 2nd amicus brief in this case, concluding that there is "no constitutional right to any particular abortion procedure."


This decision not only halts most abortions in Texas during this pandemic, but could have major ramifications for years to come in other cases.
