“Biden set to announce support for major Supreme Court changes”
John, did you see the news? President Biden is finalizing plans to endorse major changes to the Supreme Court in the coming weeks, saying “I’m about to come out with a major initiative on limiting the Court.”
Some of the options being discussed::
✔️Legislation that would establish term limits for the justices
✔️An enforceable ethics code
✔️A constitutional amendment to eliminate broad immunity for presidents and other constitutional officeholders!
This is HUGE! So we launched a live poll to hear what our top supporters from 19125 think immediately.

John, once again, President Biden is fighting to protect our fundamental rights and make this country a better place. Now, he’s working hard to prevent any more destructive, irreprehensible damage that Donald Trump’s conservative-majority Supreme Court can cause.
Just take a look at what they've already done:
Decimated abortion rights and took the rights away of millions via the Dobbs v. Jackson overturning Roe v. Wade
Gutted the Voting Rights Act
Limited the government’s power to address climate change
Blurred the lines between church and state
Blocked student debt relief for millions of Americans
Ended decades-long policies of affirmative action in higher education
Set back LGBTQ+ rights by allowing businesses to freely discriminate
Prioritized protecting Donald Trump over protecting our democracy and gave a President power akin to a “king above the law”
And so much more.
It’s no wonder 70% of Americans think Supreme Court justices are more influenced by ideology than fairness, John. This is Trump’s MAGA Supreme Court, and they’ll continue to roll back our rights, take away our freedoms, and give Trump exactly what he wants unless they are stopped.
President Biden’s plans mark a REAL opportunity to restore justice and fairness to the highest court in the land, but we need to know where you stand – and we’re still missing input from 63 Democrats in 19125 – including you.
Do you think Supreme Court justices are more influenced by ideology than fairness?
