Sorry for the after-hours email, but my team and I just reviewed our budget situation, and we had to reach out. Here’s why:

• We’re now over halfway through July, and our fundraising has fallen way off from where it was in June. That’s pretty normal for a campaign, but this isn’t a normal year. We can’t afford to have that kind of drop-off and win.
   
• National Republicans have already reserved over $6 million worth of TV ads in this media market. That means we will be contending with an enormous barrage of paid attacks.
   
• We’re facing a rematch against the very same opponent we faced in 2022, and Andrea won that race with 50.1% of the vote. We can’t afford to let the other side build up a fundraising advantage all summer in this district.

It’s never been more important that we fight to flip the House blue this November. OR-06 is looking like the seat that could decide House control — and winning here is absolutely critical for defending abortion rights, defending Social Security and Medicare, and protecting the progress we’ve made these last few years.
