Your generosity changed lives of many refugees

Dear John,

Your support is changing lives, and we are grateful for your continued commitment to standing #WithRefugees.

The recently released Global Trends Report reveals a record-breaking 120 million forcibly displaced people as of May 2024. This report highlights the escalating global crisis and underscores the critical nature of our mission and your unwavering support.

Key Findings from UNHCR Global Trends Report 2023:

➽ Record Displacement: 43.4 million refugees and more than 60 million internally displaced by the end of 2023.

➽ Children in Crisis: 40% of those displaced are children, despite being only 30% of the global population.

➽ Global Distribution: 75% of refugees are hosted in low- and middle-income countries.

➽ Return and Resettlement: 6.1 million displaced people returned to their areas or countries of origin.

➽ Climate-Related Displacement: Nearly 3 in 4 displaced people face climate hazards.

These alarming figures underscore the critical situations we face. Thanks to your support, we have aided millions of displaced people worldwide. But with escalating needs and growing urgency, we need everyone's help now more than ever to continue this vital work.
