John,
Today is Earth Day – a day to celebrate our planet and renew our commitment to protect the environmental treasures we hold so dear here in Florida. But the reality is that the consequences of climate change have put our state at dire risk.
As we face unprecedented heat waves, increasingly frequent hurricanes and rising sea levels, today reminds us of the urgent need to protect our planet from irreversible destruction. But Donald Trump continues to jeopardize the health and safety of Florida families – not to mention the futures of our children and grandchildren – with his disastrous anti-environment agenda.
That’s why I’m looking for 27 more members of this grassroots team to let me know where they stand before midnight tonight – and I'm counting on your response. Speak out now by answering this quick question:
ONE-QUESTION SURVEY:
Should we take immediate action to combat climate change?

Thank you for speaking out. I hope all of you get the chance to celebrate Earth Day today – even if it’s just by opening a window or standing in your backyard!
Stay safe and healthy,
Donna
