James — Trump-appointed judge Aileen Cannon let Trump off the hook in his Mar-a-Lago classified documents criminal case. And Cannon pulled the reasoning for the ruling straight from Clarence Thomas. The far-right is stacking the courts to the benefit of Trump and big corporations.
When AOC filed articles of impeachment against Clarence Thomas and Samuel Alito last week, Our Revolution was in full support — one of the first to join this fight.
Now, we need as many progressives as possible to add their support to AOC’s campaign to impeach two corrupt, anti-democratic Supreme Court justices and stop the GOP takeover of the courts.

After Thomas, Alito and the other right-wingers on the Court gave American presidents absolute immunity, Justice Sotomayor wrote that the ruling meant, “The president is now a king above the law."
Just before that, Thomas ruled in another case he had a conflict of interest in: Chevron, which handed corporations an immense amount of power over federal regulatory agencies.
Both justices have taken lavish gifts and luxury travel from GOP mega-donors and shadowy conservative organizations — the same people that benefit from many of their right-wing, pro-corporate rulings. If we don’t act, there will be a complete right-wing takeover of the federal judiciary.
It’s time to end the corruption on the Supreme Court. It’s time to impeach Thomas and Alito.
