In the last month, MAGA’s SCOTUS has criminalized homelessness, gave US Presidents the immunity of Kings, let January 6 insurrectionists off the hook, and disempowered federal agencies in an unprecedented judicial power grab. 

MAGA's SCOTUS is a threat to democracy. It has to be reformed and expanded. Sign here if you agree.  

Noted people's historian Howard Zinn said that it would be naive to depend on SCOTUS to defend the rights of poor people, women, people of color, and dissenters of all kinds. The truth is that our rights have only been won and defended by everyday people like us who organize, protest, demonstrate and fight for justice. 

President Biden is weighing a policy that would curb the craven Supreme Court. Tell the Congress that court reform and expansion are impertive to democracy's survival.
