Congressman Andy Harris will be speaking about his experience not only as Maryland’s only Republican Congressman (so far!) but also as Chairman of the Appropriations Subcommittee on Agriculture, Rural Development, Food & Drug Administration.

Congressman Harris is also a member of two additional appropriation subcommittees: Labor, Health and Human Services, Education and … Homeland Security.

Congressman Harris flipped his current Congressional seat from Democrat to Republican, so he knows what it takes. Congressman Harris is supporting Neil, and he believes that Neil can win this open Congressional seat in the 6th Congressional District.

We’ve got the momentum. With your help, Neil outraised his opponent this last quarter. Thank you! But we cannot sit back on this one. Any support you can give allows us to put ads up, to contact voters, and perhaps most importantly, to encourage “low propensity Republican voters” to request a mail-in ballot. We’ve got a voter-outreach plan - we just need to fund it!
