We are reaching out to you with an urgent call to action regarding the recent ruling by Judge Aileen Cannon in Jack Smith’s classified documents prosecution of former President Trump. Was it merely a coincidence that just days before Justice Thomas, in his concurrence in the January 6th presidential immunity case, questioned Smith’s legitimacy? Cannon’s ruling adopted Thomas’ ‘theory’ dismissing the case before her outright.

While the country is still reeling from SCOTUS’s presidential immunity decision, making US presidents above the law, we are now left to wonder just how deep the rot and corruption goes. |
We know that Justices Alito and Thomas have their own agendas - and neither seem aligned with the constitution. For his part Alito has ruled on cases related to January 6 while being transparent with his views on Stop the Steal and the legitimacy of the 2020 election by literally flying flags at both his properties advertising his support. It is also well known that Thomas and his wife Ginni enjoyed the spoils of the job – to the tune of $4.2 million in gifts and prizes. But this is not a game – the legitimacy of our democracy is at stake.
