The next president is likely to nominate two Supreme Court justices to lifetime appointments on the bench.

In the Senate, I won’t blindly confirm whoever is nominated.

We need justices on the Supreme Court who aren’t going to be corrupt and take bribes from billionaires.

We need justices on the Supreme Court who aren’t going to side with huge corporations over workers and unions.

And we need justices on the Supreme Court who aren’t going to be anti-freedom and anti-choice.

I’m ready to be the 51st vote in the Senate to ensure we don’t confirm yet another corrupt Supreme Court justice who will try to take away our rights. And the polls show that Nebraska’s Senate seat is one we can win: I am LEADING my Republican opponent Deb Fischer by 2 points!

But Mitch McConnell and his Super PACs are about to spend millions against me, airing lie-filled TV ads across the entire state to stop us from winning this Senate seat.

We need to raise $50,000 before our next fundraising deadline if we’re going to be able to fight back and win this seat – but right now, we’re still extremely short.
