As you might’ve seen, yesterday Donald Trump announced his pick for vice president — and it’s Ohio Senator J.D. Vance.
I won’t sugarcoat it: J.D. Vance is an extremist who has terrifying views about women.
❌ He supported a nationwide abortion ban.
❌ He opposed exceptions for rape and incest, saying “Two wrongs don’t make a right.”
❌ He said that women should stay in violent marriages.
❌ He voted to block access to IVF across the country.
❌ And he called Project 2025 full of “good ideas” — the same project that would ban the commonly used abortion pill, mifepristone.
Our opponent, Juan Ciscomani, was on Twitter celebrating Vance’s selection. That’s because Vance’s anti-woman, anti-choice agenda matches up with Ciscomani’s.
❌ Ciscomani supports Arizona’s abortion ban, which includes no exceptions for rape or incest.
❌ He voted to block access to IVF.
❌ He voted to ban mifepristone.
❌ And he’s a board member of the Patriot Academy, a Christian nationalist organization that wants to rewrite the Constitution.
These men want to take away women’s rights, attack our freedoms, and drag our country backward. We won’t let them.
