**Trump Speaks Out: Protected by God**
In a stunning turn of events, former President Donald J. Trump has finally broken his silence regarding the shocking attempted assassination plot carried out against him last weekend during a campaign rally held in Butler, PA.
Speaking exclusively to The New York Post aboard his personal aircraft en route to Milwaukee, WI., where the GOP convention will take place later this week, Mr. Trump recounted harrowing details surrounding the near-fatal encounter, which left both himself and those present shaken yet grateful.
When asked about his miraculous survival, the resilient leader candidly stated: “I'm not supposed to be here. I'm supposed to be dead.” He went further explaining how medical professionals attending to him expressed utter astonishment over what transpired; as per Trump's account, the treating physician dubbed it nothing short of 'a miracle.'
Trump credited divine intervention when stating matter-of-factly, “by luck or by God, many people are saying it's by God I'm still here.”

**"Smoke and Mirrors": Experts Debunk Amazon's Clean Energy Claims**
In an astonishing display of corporate spin doctoring, tech giant Amazon has announced that it achieved its ambitious target of powering its entire operation solely through "clean energy." Sounds impressive? Think again! According to leading voices within the industry, Bezos' behemoth may well be pulling off one massive greenwashing stunt.
At first glance, Amazon appears to have pulled off quite the feat, having invested billions across some five hundred-plus sustainable ventures worldwide. That sounds like music to environmentally-conscious ears right there! Except...it turns out such grand claims don't hold up under scrutiny. Critics argue that while yes, indeed, Amazon did invest big-time in renewables—primarily via purchasing Renewable Energy Certificates(REC)-the devil lies squarely in how exactly they calculate 'their share'.
Herein lies the rub: since most grids rely upon mixed fuel including dirty old fossils-then no business truly knows whether each unit consumed hails directly from Mother Nature herself. As Dr. Leah Stokes astutely puts it, "Buying a bunch of RECs doesn't help anything."
