I wanted to bump up this email because Day #1 of the Republican National Convention is now in the books and our Fact-Checking Fund is close to depleted.Yesterday we learned that JD Vance will be Donald Trump’s Vice Presidential nominee. This is a man who wholeheartedly wants to ban abortion nationwide and denies the existence of climate change.
Vance was picked because he will do what Mike Pence wouldn’t on January 6: bend over backwards to enable Trump - even if it means breaking the law and harming our democracy.
