Yesterday, Donald Trump announced JD Vance as his Vice President pick at the Republican National Convention.

Here's what we know for sure: JD Vance is an anti-choice Republican who applauded the overturning of Roe v. Wade and supports a national abortion ban with no exceptions for rape or incest. In response to the success of the abortion rights ballot initiative in Ohio last year, Vance said: “There is something sociopathic about a political movement that tells young women (and men) that it is liberating to murder their own children.”

Vice President Kamala Harris is a bold Democratic woman and an Emerge co-founder, and it is up to us to ensure she is still our vice president in 2025.
