When Trump chose J.D. Vance as his VP, Fortune magazine reported, “Venture
capitalists get one of their own with Trump’s VP pick.” Elon Musk
celebrated the pick before announcing his pro-Trump money dump.
Vance’s connection to prominent right-wing tech billionaire Peter Thiel
helped him snag the VP spot. The Trump-Vance ticket is perhaps the MOST
friendly of any nominees in history to the WORST parts of the financial
world — venture capital firms who destroy smaller companies and fire
workers while reaping massive profits for wealthy right-wing tech
billionaires trying to take over the country. What else could you call
this besides oligarchy?
As Bernie said, “We must fight for democracy.” Right now, that means
