It’s straightforward. The Trevor Project was started 26 years ago because we saw a need, an urgent need to prevent suicide among LGBTQ+ young people. I am writing to ask you and fellow supporters to take just a few minutes to make a final contribution this fiscal year to help us continue to save lives.

Friend, I would not ask if your help was not needed. You are essential to the work we do at Trevor.

As a supportive adult, you have shown that you care about young LGBTQ+ people. You understand that some days can be a struggle. Some days can be the darkest days for LGBTQ+ young people. That is why Trevor’s volunteers and crisis counselors must be available 24/7/365. That is why our advocacy team must push forward with eliminating bills that can be detrimental to their mental health and their ability to live in a supportive, loving world.
