John, we wouldn't be emailing you again if this weren't really important.

Time is running out to reach our $250,000 mid-month goal, and if we fall short, Colin won't have the resources he needs to defeat Ted Cruz.

Please, will you rush $5, $25, or whatever you can to help Colin close the $123,281 gap on his $250K goal, send Ted Cruz packing, and deliver real leadership for Texans?

John: I need just two minutes of your time.

With recent polls showing me tied with Ted Cruz, we've set a $250,000 mid-month fundraising goal so we can finally pull ahead and win in November.

But unless we raise another $160,638 before midnight, we will miss this goal – so please, I'm personally asking: Will you chip in $5 right now to help close our budget gap, reach our goal, win in Texas, and retire Ted Cruz?

Republican mega donors have already helped Cruz's campaign raise more than $51 million to defeat us, and far-right super PACs are spending tens of millions of dollars to defeat this campaign because they know just how vulnerable Cruz really is.

But with our fundraising margins razor-thin, it's going to come down to the wire. That's why my team and I need to reach every goal between now and Election Day.

Time is running out, and I have nowhere else to turn, so please, John: Will you rush $5 – or any amount you can spare before MIDNIGHT – so I can keep working for Texans and finally send Ted Cruz packing?

Thank you for stepping up. Together, we can win this.

– Colin
