If you haven’t heard of Project 2025 yet, allow me to give you the CliffNotes version — who’s behind it, what they want, and how we can stop it.

Project 2025 is the nightmarish brainchild of far-right extremist think tanks. It seeks to undermine democracy as we know it and rebuild the government around the MAGA GOP's extreme agenda.

Here are just a few of the toplines of the Project 2025 plan:

• Replace tens of thousands of civil servants with Trump loyalists.
• Pass a nationwide abortion ban and restrict access to contraception.
• Increase taxes on the middle class.
• Remove overtime pay requirements for corporations.
• Raise the age for Social Security and Medicare.
• Gut the government’s ability to combat the climate crisis.

This is nothing short of an authoritarian playbook, John, and we NEED to treat it as such.
