Every day, I wake up more energized than the day before, ready to fight for the hardworking people of Northern Michigan and the UP. The fuel I get from our supporters drives our campaign, and I couldn’t be more grateful to have you in my corner. 

We have some massive projects rolling that require a lot of resources. I need your help in the next 20 days to have a huge impact the Aug. 6th Democratic primary and propel us to victory in November.

We’re knocking on thousands and thousands of doors, making 10s of thousands of phone calls, writing postcards, traveling from county to county in the largest Congressional districts east of the Mississippi.

Fueled by you, I've done it with vigor, grit, and tenacity for 35 months. And we are not stopping!

My team and I wake up before dawn, campaign all day, visit folks at coffee shops, pavilions, and parks, run in parades, stand up and speak out loudly for the policies that we know rural Michigan cares about. 

For all generations, we’re fighting for:

Affordable housing, childcare, universal pre-K, two-year tuition-free college, environmental protection, healthcare for all, LGBTQ protections, and reproductive rights.

Family sustainable wages, a labor revolution, small business success, local farming support, immigration reform, and economic mobility for everyone.

I will not stop fighting for this cause until everyone gets a fair shake. 

Before Tues. Aug 6, I’m asking for your support — your faith in the experience and energy that it will require to get the job done.

I’ve got 30 years of public service experience and decades to go, and I’ve never been more fired up to do my part in creating a system that works for all.
