Yesterday was the opening of the Republican National Convention. The Democrats will meet a month from now. In the meantime, the Green Party will hold its convention to nominate a Presidential candidate. Jill Stein – who won all of Maryland's votes in our May primary election – is the presumptive nominee.

We will be sending delegates to the Green Party convention to help nominate Jill Stein, BUT she will not be on the ballot in November unless we finish our ballot access drive strong. We are in the last three weeks and every dollar and every signature counts. 

For donations made this week, a supporter has offered to match donations dollar-for-dollar up to $250. If you contribute $25 now, it counts for $50. That may pay for the signature that puts us over the top.
