Three-time deported illegal alien arrested in connection
with setting fire that killed mother, two young sons in CA
Jose Carmen Cardona, 59, has been arrested in connection with
setting a fire that killed a 32-year-old mother and her two sons, ages 10
and 7. A third young boy escaped the blaze. Cardona is an illegal aliens
who has been deported three times, authorities say.
