On Saturday, an assassination attempt on President Trump shook us all to our core.

This horrific act is unacceptable in our great country. We must do better. 

Jackie and I are praying for President Trump and all of the victims during this difficult time. 

I am grateful for the fast actions by the Secret Service and other first responders for their quick action which prevented further violence. 

Now we must all work together to unite the country.
